BEWARE of fake text messages claiming to be an “Impact CU Alert” about a bill pay transfer instructing you to reply YES if the transaction is authorized or NO if it is not. If replied to, the scammer follows up with a phone call requesting to verify your username or other personal information. This is fraud. DO NOT reply or share information. If you believe you may have responded to this message or shared account information, please contact Impact CU immediately using the phone number on our official website.
