I(we) authorize Impact Credit Union to transfer the amount(s) indicated above by adding the amounts(s) to my (our) Platinum VISA Credit Card account balance. I(we) understand that the amounts(s) transferred, combined with my(our) current balance, if any, cannot exceed my(our) available credit limit. In addition, I(we) understand that transfers will be treated as a "cash advance" against my(our) credit limit and interest will begin to accrue on the date each balance transfer is posted to my VISA account. Furthermore, balance transfers are not valid for the payment of Impact CU loans or IMPACT CU Platinum Visa Card balances. Impact CU has the right to refuse any balance transfer request and has the right to modify and/or discontinue my(our) ability to make balance transfers at any time under the terms of my(our) Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure without prior notice.
