Our Mission Statement
The mission of Impact Credit Union is to help YOU, our member-owners, to manage your financial lives while running a stable credit union by: choosing always to do what is right, caring about your needs, providing financial education, quality products and services that benefit you because we are the stewards of your credit union – and it is your money.
In order to achieve this Mission, we must:
- Provide value in every product and service we offer
- Employ a variety of delivery channels to be convenient for our members
- Make courteous, professional service our priority in every task we perform
- Create a motivational, team-oriented environment where staff members realize their potential and grow, both personally and professionally
Our staff of professional, enthusiastic and well-trained employees manage and carry out the day-to-day activities of the credit union and are eager to assist you in reaching your financial goals.

A volunteer Board of Directors manages the overall activity of the credit union. These individuals are elected by their fellow credit union members for a three-year term and serve without compensation. They volunteer their time, talents and efforts for the benefit of the credit union membership.
The current Board of Directors includes:
