As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, we are able to provide a complete line of financial products and services designed to help you and your family manage your financial activity.

Our Mission Statement

The mission of Impact Credit Union is to help YOU, our member-owners, to manage your financial lives while running a stable credit union by: choosing always to do what is right, caring about your needs, providing financial education, quality products and services that benefit you because we are the stewards of your credit union – and it is your money.

In order to achieve this Mission, we must:

  • Provide value in every product and service we offer
  • Employ a variety of delivery channels to be convenient for our members
  • Make courteous, professional service our priority in every task we perform
  • Create a motivational, team-oriented environment where staff members realize their potential and grow, both personally and professionally

A volunteer Board of Directors manages the overall activity of the credit union. These individuals are elected by their fellow credit union members for a three-year term and serve without compensation. They volunteer their time, talents and efforts for the benefit of the credit union membership.
